Overview
The Three Passes trek is the ultimate Everest region adventure. It links the three high passes of the Khumbu, Renjo La, Cho La and Kongma La, in a single circuit and includes Gokyo Ri, Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar.
The route crosses glaciers and moraines at more than 5,300 m and is a serious undertaking for experienced, fit trekkers. In return you get far more variety and quieter trails than the standard base camp route.

No. It is a strenuous, high-altitude trek for experienced and very fit trekkers. Previous high-altitude walking is strongly recommended.
